Vision Dynamics Competition Terms and Conditions

Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in and operation of the following competitions hosted on the Vision Dynamics website:
  - Win a Free Aerial Video or Photography Shoot worth over R20,000.
  - Win a Free Ground Video or Photography Shoot worth over R10,000.
  - Win a Free Aerial/Ground 3D Map/Model worth over R15,000.
- By entering these competitions, participants agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to meet these terms may result in disqualification.
Eligibility
- The competitions are open solely to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older. Employees of Vision Dynamics, their immediate family members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period
- Entries will be accepted online starting from the date of publication of these terms and will close at 23:59 SAST on August 30, 2024. Entries submitted after this deadline will be disqualified.
Entry Procedure
- No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
- Participants must complete all required fields on the entry form and adhere to the submission guidelines as stated on the Vision Dynamics website.
Prizes
- The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- Vision Dynamics retains the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
Selection of Winners
- Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Vision Dynamics from among all eligible entries received.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- There will be one winner per competition.
Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days following winner selection. Vision Dynamics shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Rights Granted by Contest Participants
- By entering this contest, participants understand and agree that Vision Dynamics, anyone acting on behalf of Vision Dynamics, and Vision Dynamics’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, the participant's entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & Conditions
- Vision Dynamics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Vision Dynamics’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
Limitation of Liability
- By entering, participants release and hold harmless Vision Dynamics and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant’s participation in the competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
